Born in Brooklyn, New York, he predominantly resided in South Brunswick before moving to Monroe Township 9 years ago. Bruce was a Delivery Foreman at the New York Times in New York City and Edison, New Jersey. He retired several years back to spend more time with his loved ones and to focus on his passions: his grandchildren's youth soccer games and the New York Rangers hockey.
He is survived by his wife Rhonda (née Levy) of 50 years; his sons Ryan Erdreich and Brett Erdreich and their wives, Tara Erdreich and Emily Portune; his sisters Dianne Mortenson and Cheryl Pohl; and 4 grandchildren: Hayden, June, Ellie, and Ziggy.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am on Friday, May 31 at Bloomfield Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07746. Burial will follow at Washington Cemetery, 104 Deans Road Hall Road, South Brunswick, New Jersey.
Shiva will be held at the Erdreich Residence, 84 Diamond Spring Road, Monroe Township, New Jersey 08831 on Saturday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Sunday and Monday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
