Frank was the previous owner/operator of Bandstand Jewelers, Staten Island, NY.
Surviving is his wife of 39 years, Gail (Kramer) Needleman, his daughter, Staci Goss and her husband Charles, his son, Jeffrey and his wife Staci, his stepdaughter, Lara Hunter, his sisters, Harriet Frenzel and Wendy Portnoy, his brother, Dr. Robert Needleman, his grandchildren Emanuel Goss, Elan Goss, Amanda Needleman, Jake Needleman, his step-grandchildren, Ryan Hunter and Ian Hunter, and his great-grandchildren, Eitan Goss and Ellie Goss.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at 10:30am at Mt. Sinai Cemetery's Mausoleum Chapel, 374 Rt. 79, Marlboro, NJ.
Shiva will be observed at the Needleman residence: 4 Marigold Lane, Marlboro, Sunday following the funeral till 8pm, and Monday 12pm-8pm.
