Fred is survived by his spouse Janice Starker; daughter Alison Schoer and her husband Steven; son Eric Starker; father Joseph Starker; sister Trudi Torn and her husband Yosi; granddaughter Cameron Schoer; and grandson Gavin Schoer.
Mr. Starker was preceded in death by his mother Esther Starker.
A funeral service for Fred will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 immediately followed by a committal service at Mount Sinai Cemetery, Route 79, Marlboro, New Jersey 07751.
Shiva will be observed at the residence of Eric Starker on Wednesday after the burial until 8:00 PM; on Thursday 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM; and Friday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
