Howard is survived by his wife Fran, his children Scott Davidoff, Ivy Hillman (Jon), Joshua Friedman (Trish) and Stefanie Friedman, and his grandsons Austin and Brody Hillman, Noah Friedman.
A Funeral Service will be held at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 11:00 am. Extended family and friends should arrive between 10:15 am and 10:45 am to pay their respects to the family before the service.
Interment will follow at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, 189 Gill Ln, Iselin, NJ.
The Period of Mourning will be observed at the Davidoff Residence wednesday following the burial, Thursday 1-4pm, 6-9pm and Friday 1-4pm.
