Karen is survived by her spouse, Stuart Levine; her son Gregg Levine; and her daughter Jamie Levine; her brother David Miles; her nieces who were like daughters: Leslie Miles, Nicole Cooper and Shana Wasserman.
Funeral Services for Karen will be held Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726.
The Period of Mourning will be observed at the Levine residence: Sunday following the service until 9:00PM, Monday and Tuesday from 4:00PM to 9:00PM.
Donations in Karen's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
