Michael is survived by his son Almos Katz (Arlene); and his daughter Erela Rappaport; his grandchildren five and his great grandchildren six.
Michael was preceded in death by his wife Sara Katz.
A funeral service for Michael will be held Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726. A committal service will occur Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 2:00 PM at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY 11704. A shiva will occur.
