PHYLLIS was preceded in death by her husband Alvin (February, 2014).

A graveside service for PHYLLIS will be held Sunday, June 10, 201811:00 AM at Beth Israel Cemetery, Route 1 and Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.

The Period of Mourning will be observed at the Rosenfeld Residence as follows: Friday following the burial, Monday and Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in PHYLLIs' memory may be made to Alzheimers Disease Foundation.
