Raymond is survived by his spouse, Marilyn Starker; his son Steven (Farrel) Starker; his son Dean ( Colette) Starker; and his daughter Keri (Kevin) McCormack; his grandchildren Brian(Julia), Andrew(Yasmin), Stephanie, Ava, Sophie.
Funeral services for Raymond will be held Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726. A committal service will occur Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 12:15 PM at Mount Sinai Cemetery, Route #79, Marlboro, NJ 07746. A period of mourning will occur at the residence on Wednesday until 9:00 PM and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00PM to 9:00 PM. The Period of Mourning will also be observed at the residence of Steven and Farrel Starker on Friday 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
