Richard is survived by his wife Jacqueline, his son Scott and wife Victoria, his daughter Meridith and her husband Buddy, and his four grandchildren; Tyler Luskey, Parker Luskey, Peyton Levy, and Devon Levy.
Graveside Services will take place at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge, NJ on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 11:00 am.
Shiva will be private.
