Shelly, you had such a gift for living life with all its ups and downs, and could still laugh about it. You are my idol! You will be missed, but never forgotten.

We are so sorry.I worked with Shelly right next store for 17 years in first grade. We started at the same time and always discussed what we were doing. I moved up to 3rd, but we still talked. My deepest sympathy goes out to the entire family.  Mrs. Morris taught both of my children Madelyn & Gabe and we are all saddened by her sudden passing.  She was a wonderful teacher and cared so much for her "children",  always pushing them to do their best but always with kindness and compassion.  My daughter remembered the one day when she was really upset at school and having a hard time and Mrs. Morris put her on her lap and hugged her reassuring her that everything will be alright. That's what we will always treasure, her pure kindness and devotion to really making a difference in all of the lives that she touched. My prayers are with you in this most difficult time.
