Stanley F. (Cofsky) Carr, DDS, age 89, WWII veteran. Adoring husband of Barbara (née Poons) for 61 yrs. Devoted father of Jill (Joel) Bzura and Barry (Randi) Carr. Loving grandfather of Justin (Britany), Eric and Carly Bzura, Ryan and Jared Carr. Cherished brother of Donald (Sharon) Cofsky.
A graduate of NYU Dental School, Dr. Carr practiced dentistry in Floral Park, NY for 45 yrs.
He was a fun-loving man, always the life of the party. He will be missed by all.
A funeral service will be held at 11am on October 6,2016 at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan, and interment will follow at Cedar Park, Paramus. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rutgers Cancer Institute of NJ MEMO: Dr. R Strair’s Reseaerch.
