Mr. Winters was a quiet man who was always involved and loved his family. He was an avid Yankee fan, a lover of Fox News, and loved his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Angela; daughter Allison Casias; daughter Donna Sandowsky and her husband Eric; his brother Ralph Winters and his wife Katherine Evans, granddaughter Julia Sandowsky; grandson Cameron Sandowsky; granddaughter Breanna Casias; and granddaughter Sophia Casias, and two nieces, Claire, and Anna.
A funeral service will be held Monday, December 30, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 followed by a mausoleum entombment at 2:30 PM at Marlboro Memorial Cemetery, Route 79, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746.
The period of mourning will be observed on Monday, December 30, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sandowsky residence as well as on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
