

Barbara A. Badasarian, 83, of Manchester died Tuesday evening, May 14, 2013 at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home in Goffstown following a period of declining health. She was born in Boston, MA on March 23, 1930 the daughter of Francis E. and Isabel (Boyle) Madden.
She was raised and educated in Lincoln NH and was a graduate of Lincoln High School. Barbara was a resident of Manchester for over 50 years and had been employed as a medical secretary at the Elliot Hospital for more than twenty years.
Barbara enjoyed Hampton Beach and was had a summer residence there for many years. Above all else, she was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren and her sisters.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Victor Badasarian of Goffstown; two sons, Peter Conn of Manchester and John Badasarian and his wife Lynda of Goffstown; four grandchildren, Garrett Conn, Conner Badasarian, Eric Badasarian and Charis Badasarian; two sisters, Nancy Spenard and her husband Larry of Portsmouth and Judy Gillis and her husband James of Manchester; several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her grandson, Brandon Conn and a sister Jane Currier.
The family extends their gratitude to Rosemary “Ducey” Cardullo and Laurie Snyder for the heartfelt care and support they provided to Barbara.
A Memorial Ceremony was held Thursday, May 23rd at 7 PM in the McHugh Funeral Home, 283 Hanover St., corner of Beech St. The Rev. Douglas Rickard officiated. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Barbara’s name to the charity of one’s choice.
