Noella L. Lessard

Noella was born in Manchester to Adrien and Lily (Bureau) Jodoin.

Noella graduated from St. Jean de Baptist Parochial School in Manchester. Attended Manchester West High. She was married to Andre N. Lessard on June 7, 1947 until his passing on June 6, 2010.

Noella was employed by Fleisher Shoe Corporation. Former Past President of Les Damme de St. Anne. Served as Eucharist Minister, French Mass Cantor, Minister and member of the Bell Choir and many other activities at St. Anthony of Padua Church.

Noella is survived by her 4 children Raymond A. Lessard, Frances N. Underwood, Colette C. Musick and Paul H. Lessard. Seven grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; one brother Maurice Jodoin.

Noella was preceded in death by three sisters, Rita Blouin, Lucille Martinson and Theresa Marcoux and a brother Henry Jodoin.

Noella loved spending time with her family, enjoyed Ballroom and Line dancing, crocheting, knitting, play cards, bingo and dominoes.

Relatives and friends may call at McHugh Funeral Home on 283 Hanover Street with visiting hours on Tuesday, August 9, from 6:00 to 8:00pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 10, at 10:00am at St. Anthony of Padua at 172 Belmont Street, Manchester, NH in celebration of Noella’s life. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
