Patricia L. Welch

Patricia L. Welch, 65, of Manchester passed away May 23, 2014 at Catholic Medical Center following a sudden illness. A lifelong resident of Manchester, she was born here on October 12, 1948, the daughter of the late Patrick and Irene (Despins) Welch.

Pat was educated in the local parochial school system and was a 1966 graduate of Immaculata High School. She was a former employee of AIG- NH Insurance Company and had been employed for the past 19 years as an underwriter and business analyst at the Concord Group Insurance Company.

She was a communicant of St. Joseph Cathedral parish.

Pat is survived by a sister, Maureen L. Welch of Manchester; a brother, Bill Welch and his wife Lise of Epping, NH; a niece Karen Perault and her husband Matt; two nephews, Michael Welch and his wife Kari and Marc Welch and his wife Valerie; eight grandnieces and nephews, Brendan, Meghan and Parker Perault and Sadie, Josie, Celia, Natalie and Brooke Welch.

Calling hours were held on Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM in the McHugh Funeral Home, 283 Hanover St., corner of Beech St. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Thursday at 10 AM in St. Joseph Cathedral. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
