

She was born in Manchester, NH on April 21, 1933, daughter of the late Frank and Alice (MacDonald) Wilkinson.
Pauline lived most of her life in Manchester. She was employed for 32 years at Blake’s Restaurant on S. Main St. as a waitress and food service worker. She managed food service at the Space Center in Hooksett and also worked in the cafeteria at Central High School. She was an avid volunteer at Sacred Heart Parish and Catholic Medical Center. She won the Varney St. Apt Good Neighbor Award in 2003 for always helping people in need. She is remembered as always “being a nice person.”
In her life: Members of her family include a son, Michael Therrien and his wife Marsha Cheeseman of Bedford, Ma; a daughter, Gail Therrien and her husband Francis Umetsu of Aurora, Co.; a grandson, Nathan Umetsu of Aurora, Co; three sister-in-laws, Geraldine Wilkinson, Doris Wilkinson and Yvette Therrian, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
There are no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 10 AM at Sacred Heart Parish, 265 South Main Street, Manchester, NH 03102. The McHugh Funeral Home, 283 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH 03104 has been entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Pauline’s name to the Child and Family Services, P.O. Box 448, Manchester, NH 03015.
