Ann Filipone passed on March 19, 2026, at the age of 76. Born in the Bronx, NY, Ann was raised in Bricktown, NJ, and lived there until moving to the Pine Lake Park area of Manchester in 1980. She worked for Ocean County, first starting in 1978 with the Board of Social Services, then Finance and then for the Parks and Recreation when she retired in 2012.
Ann enjoyed shopping, reading and playing golf, when she was younger. She loved to travel everywhere, but Disney was one of her favorite places to visit. But what she loved the most was spending time with her family.
Ann is survived by her husband of 46 years, Frank Filipone, her sons, the late William Quandt and Shaw Quandt and his late wife Connie, her grandchildren, the late Joshua, Nick, Sydnee, Alex, Ethan, Ben and Hannah, her brother, James Parisi, her sister, the late Susan Tanape, and her beloved cat, Tweetie
A Memorial Gathering will be held at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759, on March 24, 2026, from 3 to 6 pm.
