Dominick Muzzillo, Jr., 83, of Manchester, NJ, surrounded by his family, passed peacefully at home. Born in Jersey City, Dom lived in Bayonne, where he met his wife, Josephine. He later moved to Hopatcong before settling in Manchester in 2014. He honorably served with the United States Marine Corps from 1958 to 1962, followed by two more years in the Reserves. Dom worked as a truck driver for Marriott for many years before retiring in 2000. He enjoyed life, fishing, and boating with his children and grandchildren.
Dominick was the loving husband of Josephine (Barcia) for 60 years, a devoted father to Anthony Muzzillo of Boynton Beach, FL, Joseph Muzzillo and his wife Patricia of Jackson, NJ, and Dominick Muzzillo III and his wife Virginia of Little Egg Harbor, NJ. He was the beloved brother of Janet Klein and her husband Tom of Ramsey and the treasured grandpapa of Anthony Jr., Matthew, Dominique, Vivian, Joseph Jr., and William. He was also a cherished uncle and friend to many.
He was predeceased by his mother, Sophia Senkeleski, his father, Dominick Muzzillo Sr., his sister, Rose Ryan, and his brothers, Anthony Muzzillo and Richard Muzzillo.
A visitation for family and friends for Dominick will be held Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 1 to 5 PM, with a service to start at 4:30 pm followed by Military Honors, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759.
