Dominick L. Valenti

Dominick L. Valenti, age 81, of Hamilton Square, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. Dominick was born November 5, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York, the son of the late Dominick and Frances (nee Stella) Valenti. Dominick resided with his family in Brooklyn until 1977 when he relocated to Hamilton Square, NJ. It is here that he remained until his passing. He served in the United States Army as an MP, serving over seas at various different countries. After leaving the Army, Dominick worked for then became a manager at the OTB in Coney Island, NY. Among his favorite things to do, he enjoyed going to Atlantic City, watching football and baseball; he was a big METS fan and going to the gym. Dominick is survived by his siblings, Rosalie Valenti, Lucille Tufano, Louis Valenti and his wife, Marie and Canio Valenti and his wife, Diane. His sister-in-law, Helene Valenti, many nieces, nephews and friends. Dominick was predeceased by his brothers, Jefferey and Frank, his sisters, Margaret Calderaro and Gloria Denaro.

A visitation for Dominick will be held Monday, February 14, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759. Following the visitation there will be a committal service with military honors from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province line Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
