Mr. Foley was a master mechanic for Burry Biscuits in Elizabeth, NJ. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy .
Surviving are a son, John R. Foley, Jr.of Raleigh, NC, three daughters, Debra Foley of Wilkes-Barre, PA , Marcia Foley of Los Angeles, CA, and Dawn Falkowsky of Anderson, SC; and a grandchild, Courtney Van Dyke of Los Angeles, CA.
Services will be private. Interment will be in Brigadier General William C. Doyle NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
