JOSEPH WILLIAM SCOTT, 33, of Howell Twp., NJ, passed away on April 20, 2022. Beloved son Joseph, “Joey”, to William and Janice Scott, was born on April 15, 1989, in Bayonne Hospital of NJ. Joey was raised in Howell, NJ, where he attended elementary and middle school. Joey graduated from Colts Neck High School in 2007 and went on to further his education at Kean University and online at Arizona State University with a focus in Economics.
When Joey was younger, he was active in many sports but was well known on the lacrosse field. Anyone who knew him knew he practiced all day and night perfecting his skills. Joey especially loved teaching his younger brother Kevin everything he knew about lacrosse. Joey set many records while in High school for lacrosse and his family and friends will never forget his passion for the sport. When he didn’t have a lacrosse stick in his hand, you could find Joey riding his motorcycle or with the top down of his BMW living life to the fullest.
Joseph was a hard worker who did many jobs over the years. His most recent was working for Amazon management teams as a Central Problem Solver in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Amazon headquarters in Arizona.
Joseph was predeceased by his mother, Janice Scott, his maternal grandparents, Tadeusz and Claire Ozlanski, paternal grandparents Dorothy and Joseph E.
