Michael J. Hubbard

Michael J. Hubbard, 64, of Manchester Twp., passed away on Wednesday, February 2nd, 2022 at Community Medical Center in Tom's River. Michael was born on October 1st, 1957 in Newton, New Jersey, the son of the late George and Rose (nee Gunderman) Rushen.

Michael was employed at Clayton Sand in Jackson Twp. for the past 31 years. He enjoyed watching baseball, football and playing men's softball but most of all he truly enjoyed his time spent with his family in the swimming pool and taking care of the family pets.

Michael is survived by is wife of 19 years, Cheryl Hubbard and his daughter, Jessica Hubbard. His six siblings, brothers, Pete, Richard and Edward Hubbard, sisters, JoAnn Fink, Linda Clegg and Lorraine Palmer. He has several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Michael was preceded in death by his brother, Everett Hubbard.

There will be a viewing for Michael on Sunday, February, 13th, 2022 from 1 to 3 pm at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Rd., Manchester, NJ. A funeral liturgy will take place at 2:45 pm. Cremation will be private. At the families request, all visitors will be required to wear a facial covering upon entering the funeral home.
