

Michael John Kearon, Sr. 91, of Toms River died Saturday at home with his loving family at his side. Born in Baltimore, MD he lived in Spring Valley, NY for over 50 years before moving to Manchester.
Michael worked in maintenance for the Red and Tan Bus Lines in Westwood before retiring. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army and was a lifelong member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was an avid gardner, and he loved to visit Atlantic City.
He is survived by Elfriede A., his beloved wife of 68 years; three daughters, Elfrieda M. Kearon of Toms River, Theresa Maggiore of Encinitas, CA, and Patricia Stearn of Haverstraw, NY; two sons, Michael Kearon of Phoenix, AZ and Edward Kearon of Garnerville, NY; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Rd., Manchester, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
