Timothy Richard Himpele, 51, passed away unexpectedly on December 18th.Tim was the son of Jo Anne Scoppa Schulze and Richard R. Himpele, stepson of Don Schulze and Linda Butler Himpele, brother of Susanne Himpele Henline, and stepbrother of Trent Colanduoni and his wife, Hilary and uncle to Joshua Henline and Jacob and Evan Colanduoni. Tim was born in Toms River and grew up in Pine Lake Park, then moved to Island Heights in 1992. He recently moved to Barnegat with his mother and stepfather. He went to St.Joseph’s Grade School and Monsignor Donovan High School, then to Manchester Township High School in his sophomore year, graduating in 1992. He completed an Associate’s Degree from Ocean County College in 1994 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from West Chester University, West Chester, Pennsylvania, in 1997. He retired from the Department of Defense at Fort Monmouth due to the effects of Multiple Sclerosis. Tim loved his family, his friends, the Yankees, the Giants and music, particularly the Beatles, REM and Billy Joel. He will truly be missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on January 11, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with a funeral service to take place at 3:30 pm, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, located at 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759, United States.
