Ada Dawson, 37, of Mansfield died early Wednesday morning, December 26, 2001 at OSU Hospital after an extended illness. Mrs. Dawson was born November 30, 1964 in Puerto Rico to Sixto Rodriguez and Luisa Sanchez Diaz. She was employed on the assembly line at Therm-o-Disc.
She is survived by her husband, John Dawson, Jr. of Mansfield; two daughters, Ashley Marie and Danielle Elisabeth Dawson, both at home; sister, Rosa Woodruff of Mansfield; two brothers, Angel Rodriguez of New Jersey and Sixto Rodriguez of Mansfield; mother, Luisa Sanchez Diaz; and a host of loving in-laws. Her father, Sixto Rodriguez preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Thursday, December 27 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be at the funeral home, Friday at 10:30 a.m. conducted by Father Keith McCormack. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
