Adam Gerhart

Adam J. Gerhart, 19, of 2100 state Route 314, passed away Saturday evening at OSU Medical Center following a brief illness. Adam was born March 3, 1982 in Mansfield to Harold & Christina Maurer Gerhart. He attended Ontario High School and was an avid SanFransico 49ers fan.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Christina & Jerry Cline of Shelby; father and step-mother, Billy & Chris Gerhart of Shelby; one sister and brother-in-law, Billie Jo & Curtis Duncan of Mansfield; two half-brothers, David & Ben Gerhart of Shelby; three nieces, Brin, Sarah and Lacie Duncan all of Mansfield; maternal grandfather, Jack Maurer of Mansfield; paternal grandmother, Joy DeVore, of Mansfield. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bearl DeVore; maternal grandmother Esther Bethea; uncle, Keith Gerhart and aunt, Connie Wagner.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Tuesday May 8, 2001 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Services will be Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Brian Phillips. Burial will be held at Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Foundation.
