

Amanda graduated from Madison Comprehensive High School and was a Mansfield area resident most of her life. Possessing a genuine, kind heart, Amanda wanted the best for everyone she met and was a joy to all who knew her. She had an artistic talent that included beautiful calligraphy handwriting and crafting of many items. Her creativity was endless. Amanda was a mystery buff and enjoyed watching real life mystery shows.
She is survived by a daughter, Sierra Sturgill (Tucker Baughman) of Mansfield; father, Mike Murray of Mansfield; two grandchildren, Mason and Karson Baughman; grandmother, Mary Kopp of Sun City, AZ; grandfather, Alvie Sturgill; brother, Timothy Sturgill of Perrysville; nephew, Trever Sturgill of Perrysville; and an uncle, Dan (Rita) Kopp of Ashland. Amanda is preceded in death by her husband, Shane Brownfield; father, Glenn Sturgill; mother, Crystal Murray; grandmother, Fannie Sturgill; and an aunt, Dawn Weaver.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, November 2, 2017, from 5:00-6:00 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield.
