
Bernice Lee Perry Estep, 49, of 1574 Kastor Rd. died Sunday January 30, 2000 at MedCentral Mansfield following an extended illness. Mrs. Estep was born November 8, 1950 in Farmers, Kentucky to Ralph Donald Perry & Hazel Katherine McClurg Perry. She has resided in the area most of her life. Bernice graduated from Mansfield Senior High & was owner-operator of North Central Reality. She was a member of the Women BPW & the Shiloh Grange. Bernice was lead singer of the Southern Gospel Sing group called the Perry Family where she had been a member for the past 25 years. Surviving are her husband of 31 years, Donald Lee Estep; her son, James Lee Estep still at home; her father, Ralph Donald Perry of Shiloh; her mother & father-in-law, Cleve & Mildred Estep of Mansfield; five sisters & brothers-in-law, Linda & Ron Thompson of Lucas, JoAnn & Cleve Estep of Rome, Mary & Larry Estep of Shelby, Theresa Perry of Mansfield, & Sandy & Oscar Patton of Shiloh; three brothers & sisters-in-law, Larry Joe & Linda Perry, Ralph David & Mona Perry all of Mansfield, & Clifford Dale Perry of Greenwich, OH; & very special friends, Frank & Alice Snyder, and Marge & Robert Cordrey all of Shiloh, OH. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Katherine Perry; one brother, Danny Perry; her grandparents, Ollie & Armine McClurg of Morehead, Kentucky & Harlen & Ivy Perry of Morehead, Kentucky; & two nieces, Brandi Wilson and Andrea Thompson. Many loved ones will miss Bernice, & remember the great Testimony that she left behind. Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Wednesday February 2, 2000 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Thursday February 3, 2000 at 1:00 p.m., conducted by Pastor Diane Seaman. Burial will be held in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Plymouth Future Farmers of America.
