Betty L. Todd, 85, of Mansfield, died Friday, July 7, 2006 at Winchester Terrace Nursing Home following an extended illness. Born April 12, 1921 in Mt. Vernon, she was the daughter of Walter E. and Gladys L. Morrison Miller. She retired from Dominion Electric, and had also worked at Conley's and Therm-O-Disc. Mrs. Todd enjoyed flowers, reading, traveling, and crocheting. She also enjoyed studying the history of Mansfield.
She is survived by three daughters, Sharon Todd, Roberta Jo Todd Rhea, and Carol Jean Todd Plott, all of Mansfield; five grandchildren Nicole, LaToya, Eboni, Matthew, and Michael; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Barbara M. Smith of North Canton; one brother Walter E. 'Pat' Miller of New Concord; and eight nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Todd; parents; and one sister, Marjorie Caton.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 10, 2006 in Mansfield Memorial Park conducted by Rev. Faith Proietti. Friends may call from 12:30 to 1:15 Monday at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors.
