
Beverly Ann Jackson Watkins, 47 of Emporium, Pennsylvania died unexpectedly Monday January 24, 2000 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Mrs. Watkins was born May 25, 1952 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. Beverly and her husband Don, resided in Emporium Pennsylvania. She is a former resident of Canal Fulton, Ohio and Mansfield, Ohio. While residing in Emporium, Bev was a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and the owner of retail-craft store named Another's Treasures. She was previously employed by Guy and Mary Felt Manor Nursing Home. Bev worked at Chapel Hill Nursing Home in Canal Fulton, and sold Tupperware and House of Lloyd products for 7 years.
She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Donald A. Watkins; her mother and step father, Ethel Teeter and Ed Taylor of Mansfield; her father and step-mother, Harry and Norma Wilhelm; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Jeff and Sharon Jackson of Cuyahoga Falls; and Greg Jackson and his girlfriend, Nicole Fudge of Canal Fulton; one sister and brother-in-law, Barb and Jim Oswalt of Mansfield; one brother and sister-in-law, Brad and AnaLaura Taylor of Arizona; and one niece, Jenny Bowen of Mansfield. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
There will be no calling hours held at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. A private family service will be held on Friday January 28, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family request no flowers please. Memorial contributions may be sent to Wappner Funeral Home 98 South Diamond St. Mansfield, Ohio 44902 and they will forward them to the family to defray medical expenses.
