

Cameron Dean Watson, 32, of Mansfield, passed away June 3, 2018 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born October 17, 1985 in Tampa, Florida, he was the son of Ronald D. Watson and Mary (Strickler) Hammonds.
Cameron was known by many as their brother and friend. He loved his son, Miguel unconditionally and his fur son, BamBam as they were his world. Cameron did not meet a person he did not become friends with during all the miles he traveled in his semi truck while being employed by Dutchmaid and loved helping people. He served in the military, where he met his son's mother. Cameron was honorably discharged. Those who knew Cameron know that he loved any extreme sport and especially liked to water ski and snow ski. In his spare time, he loved to ride his Harley.
He is survived by his son, Miguel Watson; his mother and step father, Mary and Kevin Hammonds; a sister and brother-in-law, Candace and Charles Williams; a brother, Cyle Watson; the mother of his son, Rosario Rodriquez-Watson; his grandmother, Mary Jane French; his great grandmother, Beatrice Hall; an uncle, James Strickler; a niece; and many extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Donald Watson and Lewis Warren.
Memorial services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, June 11, 2018 at Journey Life Center Crestline Campus, 1341 County Line Road, Crestline, Ohio conducted by Dr. Bruce Philippi. A remembrance luncheon will immediately follow the service. In lieu of flowers, family and friends are asked to bring a side dish to the luncheon or make a memorial contribution to the family.
