Carol Jane (Shells) Barrows, 69, of Mansfield, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 19, 2015. Born February 24, 1946 in Fleming, KY, she was the daughter of Rewie "Red" and Opal (Bays) Howard. Janie spent the last 11 years on a little farm in Glenford, Ohio with her loving, devoted husband, Roy Shells. She enjoyed taking care of their many animals, including their pet albino raccoon, Meeko, and horse named Chance. Janie also loved to write, sew, fish, and spend time with her family, especially her boys. She served in ministry for over 30 years, including Word of Faith Church. After retiring to the farm, Janie would still minister to people one on one. She loved people and wanted everyone she met to know Jesus personally.
