He is survived by his parents, Hayden R. Williams and Brandon T. Lewis; grandparents, Tom (Stephanie) Lewis, Chad Williams, and Brandie (Jeremy) Strine; siblings, Luke Tilton and Blakely Lewis; uncles and aunts, Carson Lewis, Alyson Lewis, and Hadley Williams, great-grandparents, Pam (Tony) Hugel, Don (Sue) Cunningham, Allen (Shirley) Au, Karen (Robert) Plaster, and Beth (Rick) Williams; as well as many other supportive family and friends.
Carter was deeply loved and anticipated with joy. He will always be held in our hearts. Carter will never be forgotten and will forever be part of our family.
