Cathie retired from Sandy Hill Fruit Farm in 2010 and had also worked at Family Dollar. She enjoyed listening to country music, especially her favorite artist, Conway Twitty. Cathie also enjoyed relaxing by fishing. She collected panda bears over the years. Most of all, she loved her family and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons, Bill Leonard and Robert Leonard; two granddaughters, Miranda Leonard and Christina Leonard; three great-grandchildren, Austin, Addison and Kamden Leonard; a brother, Jim (Carol) Poland; a niece, April Poland; fiancé, Mike Tetters and his son, Mike (Tracy) Teeters; and a special friend, Robert McGathey Jr.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charlie and George Poland; a nephew, David Poland; and her best friend, Carolyn McGathey.
