A homemaker, Charlotte was a loving mother and wife.
She is survived by her children, Lester Franklin, Lee Franklin, and Lottie Riley; grandchildren, Jessie Miller, Jamie Rosales, Sarah Riley, and Joey Riley; 10 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sisters, Mildred Pennington and Hilda Grace; and nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Franklin, and sisters, Geraldine Nagel and Mary Hatfield.
There will be no calling hours or services held. Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family of Charlotte Franklin.
