Christopher David Suter, 70, of Ontario, died February 21, 2015. Born July 7, 1944 in Clarksburg, WV, he was the son of Ivan Dale and Betty Jean (Martin) Suter. Christopher graduated from Ontario High School in 1962 and went on to join the Air Force. He worked in the telecommunications industry and was a member of the Amvets.
Surviving are his sisters, Darlene (Doug) Taylor of Mansfield and Nancy Suter of Ontario; brothers, Rick Suter of Cartersville, GA and Don (Sany) Suter of Pickerington, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dale Suter.
A gathering will be held Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington Springmill Road, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, Florida 32256 and OhioHealth MedCentral Hospice, 335 Glessner Avenue, Mansfield, OH 44903.
