

Craig graduated from Canton South High School and was employed as an Environmental Specialist and Project Manager with Chem Tech for over 30 years. He was a member of New Life Community Church of the Nazarene. A life member of the NRA, Craig enjoyed hunting, fishing, and protecting the environment.
Craig is survived by his wife and love of his life, April Jeffcoat Postel, whom he married on September 2, 2006; seven children, Craig (Christine) Postel, Jr., Paul Postel (Amber Pennington), Danielle (Craig) Shrewsberry, Ashley Postel (Tom Downerd), Amber (Cory) Hickman, Chelsea Eastridge (Chris Bishop), and Alex Eastridge; six grandchildren, Rhiannon, Ian, Natalie, Jayce, Jaret, and Katlyn; a brother, John Postel II; two sisters, Debbie Girard and Jane Gordon; and many nieces and nephews.
He and his wife, April, enjoyed singing karaoke. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time in the company of his family and friends. A loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all, his legacy of love will long be remembered.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Kerma Postel; maternal and paternal grandparents; and brother, Hal Postel.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Friday, April 14, 2017, at Wappner Cremation Center, 1327 Ashland Road, Mansfield. Rev. James Carder will conduct the funeral service which follows at 4:00 p.m.
The family wishes to express special thanks to Carrie and Joe from Hospice of North Central Ohio for their wonderful care of Craig; Dr. Stormont for his support and wonderful care given to Craig; and their many friends and family for their constant support.
