Danyell Roberts

Danyell "Dany" Waters Roberts, 23, of North Robinson, died Saturday, May 30, 2009 after injuries sustained from an automobile accident. Born August 21, 1985 in RAF Upper Heyford Air Force Base, Oxfordshire, England, she was the daughter of Steven and Pamie Johnson Roberts. She worked at Precise Janitorial with her father. A good hearted person, family was everything to Dany. She loved children and was very tenderhearted. Dany was always on the go and was a "fast food junkie". She loved to sing and had a beautiful voice.

She is survived by her daughter, Serenity Waters of Mt. Vernon; parents, Steven and Pamie Roberts of Mansfield; brother, Lee Roberts of Mansfield; grandmother, Emma Roberts of Mansfield; five aunts, Robin Hartz, Tammy Ernest Lewis, Betty Cris Williams, Brenda Sebi Gombola, and Debbie Roberts; two uncles, Raymond Betty Roberts, and Donald Bonnie Roberts; special friends and family, Rod McKinnon and his son, Reece who died in the accident with Dany; and a host of cousins, great aunts and uncles, and very good friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, William Roberts; grandmother, Marcia Patton; and uncle, Mikel Roberts.

A casual gathering to celebrate Dany's life will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 5, 2009 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd., Mansfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
