David Lee Potter, Jr., 57, of Ashland died Friday, September 7, 2007, at the Louis Stokes VA Hospital in Cleveland. Born October 6, 1949, in Anstead, WV, he was the son of David Potter, Sr. and Delphi Frame Potter. He retired from Bendon Publishing Company and was a veteran of the United States Army serving during Vietnam.
Surviving are his wife, Rosemary Vibel Potter; two sisters, Nona Potter of Sandusky and Gail Curly Birman of Ionia, Michigan; and two brothers, Daniel Christina Potter of Ashland and Bruce Potter of Nixa, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
Memorial graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 29, 2007, at Ashland Cemetery where full military services will be conducted by the Ashland Veterans Honor Guard. The Ashland Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
