Delores lived her entire life in Mansfield. She married her childhood sweetheart at the age of 15 and spent her life as a homemaker, which was her main joy. Delores was an amazing, strong woman, starting her life as a 1 1/2 lb premature little baby girl. She enjoyed fishing and attended Faith Chapel. Her family was everything to her; they were what she lived for.
Delores is survived by her children, Lois (Randy) Thompson, Mary (Kevin) Bunker, Nina (Dino) Parrella, Brenda (Brian) Castle, and Jerry (Alisha) Lykins; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a loving little dog, Molly.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerry Ray Lykins; daughter, Marjorie Lynn Lykins; grandson, Baby Jerry; and three sisters, Cletis, Nellie, and Garnett.
The family would like to extend a huge thank you to Dr. Padival's office for their constant care for Delores.
A graveside service will take place on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 2:30 pm at Mansfield Memorial Park. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
