Dennis Bowling

Dennis R. Bowling, 53, of Mansfield, died Friday, March 30, 2007, at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Born August 28, 1953, in Toledo, he was the son of Raymond and Virginia Burt Bowling. He was employed at Auto Zone as an assistant manager. Mr. Bowling enjoyed computers and was an excellent caregiver to his parents and dog 'Smokey'. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by his mother, Virginia Bowling; one sister, Linda Jim Hagerman of Mansfield; two brothers, John Sheri Bowling of Biloxi, MS and Roger Laura Bowling of Mansfield; two nieces; three nephews; one great-niece; three great-nephews; and numerous aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Bowling in April 2006.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, April 4 at 1:00 p.m. in Windsor Cemetery with Rev. Faith Proietti officiating. Richland County Joint Veteran's Burial Detail will conduct military services at the cemetery. Friends may gather one-half hour prior to the service at the graveside. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
