Devin was a fiercely loyal, loving, trustworthy and giving man. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He was a 2010 graduate of Madison High School. Devin was a jack of all trades, and worked hard to earn multiple certificates through Madison Adult Education. He obtained certificates in carpentry, electrical maintenance, and mechanics.
