There will be fond memories of Donnie and bygone days in Mifflin. I will miss seeing him at the Mifflin Homecoming this year, he was such a part of the History in the community, enjoyed talking to him and seek his knowledge. My deepest sympathy. God's Blessing be with the whole family.

Sorry for your loss in the passing of 
Don.  He was such a good friend to my
brothers and to my mother.  She always enjoyed his phone calls and his visits.  He would always check on her to see if she was alright.  My brothers always enjoyed the time they got to spend with him and reminisce.  He was a very good friend to my brother Roger's father-in-law, Joe Siefert.  While in Texas, Don visited Roger and Jim .  They all enjoyed his visit.  He will be missed.  Shirley is Martha Flood's daughter.

Donnie was our paper boy in Mifflin. While Dad was away at WWII, teenage Donnie would drive Mom, my sister, and me to Mansfield for shopping or out in the country in Dad's car to visit the Moore family. He took such pleasure in the recent years I have known him in recalling stories of Mifflin and learning more about the history of the village. I always looked forward to encountering him because he could always be counted on to share some new bit of information he'd uncovered or some news about folks who lived in the village -- always something kind or uplifting that would add to the memories of the simple life we led there. He was one of the Good Guys.

Rest in Peace Donnie, gone but never forgotten.

His presence will be sorely missed at all future Shadow Flight Meetings. HE ALWAYS had an interesting comment or latest joke to make the meetings more 
interesting.

Donnie will truly be missed around the Village and at Council Meetings. His knowledge, humor and git er done outlook was always uplifting.

We will always have great memory's of Don when he visited us in Texas and when I reported to him in the Air Guard.. Don always bought humor and was very concern for others and their welfare.. Once you met him you would never forget him.. May he rest in peace.. We will miss him..Jim and Patti Flood

Sorry to hear about Don passing.  I served with him at the 179th from 1981 until his retirement.  My thoughts & prayers are with your family.

Donnie was one of the most gentlemanly, gentlest, interesting, kind, even tempered men I've ever known.  

The entire Keever family knew and loved Donnie.  He visited and loved my parents, Henry and Beulah Keever.  He knew and loved and was loved by all my brothers and sisters, too Henry, Irene, Monte and Florence.  

My nephew, Tim Keever, kept in touch with Donnie through phone calls and visits.  Tim called me today and one of the last things he said to me before he hung up was that he was going to call Donnie Myers.

I'm sorry that Tim will never get to talk to Donnie again on the phone, but I am assured that Tim and I both will be able to talk to Donnie for eternity in heaven.  I know that Donnie had accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour.  

Donnie lived his life like his Saviour would have wanted him to.  Donnie was a good ambassador for Christ.

We will miss Donnie.
