Donna Terese Thompson, 60, passed away Friday, January 3, 2025, at Avita in Galion. She was born August 10, 1964, to Donald and Theresa (Wade) Owens in Mansfield. Donna was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High. She enjoyed traveling. Going to the beach and being in the sun were favorite pastimes. She loved to garden and tend to her flowers. Spending time with her grandchildren was her absolute favorite thing to do.
Donna is survived by her husband, Clifford Benson; daughter, Rikki (Spencer) Parker; grandchildren, Juniper Parker and Aria Parker; sisters, Belinda (Kevin) Williams and Annette Ward; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Rick Thompson; her parents; and her brother-in-law; Richard Ward.
Friends and family will gather Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM for a celebration of life at MVP Sports Bar and Grille, 275 Park Avenue West, Mansfield. Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield is honored to serve the Thompson family.
