
Dorothy C. Earhart Fulton, 80, of Mansfield died early Sunday morning, September 30, 2001, at her home. Mrs. Fulton was born December 9, 1920, in Adrian, Michigan to Roy Bowers and Ruth J. Ross Martratt. She moved to Mansfield in 1947 where she raised her children with her husband, Scott Earhart. Mrs. Fulton was a partner with her husband, Scott in the ownership of Tom's Restaurant. She was later employed at General Motor's Cafeteria operation as a bookkeeper. Dorothy was a member of the Grace Episcopal Church and was also a former member of the Eastern Star. She will be remembered as a very courageous lady.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Thomas E. and Linda Earhart of Middleville, Michigan; two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda L. and Larry Ritchie of Mansfield and Kathy S. and Bill Southard of Mt. Gilead, Ohio; four grandchildren, Shannon and Jason Gregory of Crestline, Ohio, Carrie Page of Michigan, and Scott Earhart of Tennessee; and eight great-grandchildren. Mrs. Fulton has three stepchildren, Robert Fulton and Marilyn Deucore both of Belleville, Ohio, and Joan Eyster of Mansfield. Her first husband, Scott Earhart, second husband, J. Robert Fulton, parents, and step-grandchildren, preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Tuesday, October 2 from 5-8 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday at the funeral home at 9:00 a.m. conducted by Rev. David Sipes. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
