
Dorothy 'Dottie' Allen Williams, 67, of Mansfield, died Thursday, December 4, 2003 at her home. She was born February 2, 1936 in Jewel Ridge, Virginia, to James H. and Lessie Keen Allen. Dottie retired from Walnut Lounge where she worked as a waitress. She was a member of Mansfield Eagles and the American Legion Post #16 Women's Auxiliary. Dottie enjoyed traveling with her friend, Evelyn and shopping. She never met a person she didn't like.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Williams; two sons, John Susie Davidson and Bob 'Butch' Cindy Davidson, all of Mansfield; two daughters, B. Kay Davidson of Mansfield and Pam Mark Zellner of Chesterville, Ohio; a stepson, Cris Betty Williams of Mansfield; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three brothers, Jim Carol Allen of Bardstown, Kentucky, Curtis Linda Allen of Beaverdam, Virginia, and Glenn Barb Allen of Princeton, West Virginia; two sisters, Margaret Harry Dixon of Ohio City, Ohio and Mary Charlie Isbell of Bellville, Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Evelyn Allen of Shreveport, Louisiana and Ruth Allen of Beaverdam, Virginia; a special friend, Evelyn Mullins of Ontario; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of good friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Stanley Allen, Harold Allen, and J. Hobert Allen; and a special friend, Genetta Davidson.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Thursday, December 11 from 6-8 p.m. Memorial services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to MedCentral Hospice.
