Dwight Jones

Dwight Jones, 58, of Crestline, died Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Born September 20, 1949 in Columbus, he was the son of Wilbur A. Jones and Mary Pack Irvin. He served in the U.S. Army. Dwight was a member of First Assembly of God. He was actively involved in A.A. Sponsorship. An avid reader, he also enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

He is survived by his wife, Yvonne ToddJones; children, Charisma Jimmy Hall, Teniesia Jones, Daedrian Jones, Erika Jones, and Zuliakha Jones; grandchildren, JaBree Lindsay, LeDaeja Lindsay, LeTrell Lindsay, Le'Shea McCoy, Malik McCoy, Destiney Jones, Aaron Hall, Mila Hall, Nasjha Hall; father, Wilbur A. Jones; stepfather, Dudley Irvin; brothers-in-law, Lazarus Todd, Jr. and Rennie Todd; sisters, Susan Jones and Jena Johnston; sisters-in-law, Lori Todd, Pandoleen Mack, and Kimberely Todd; and nieces and nephews, Brittany Mack, Elishia Martin, Moneak Mercer, Markella Todd, Alexis Todd, Amberton Todd, and Michael Cook. He was preceded in death by Mary Irvin.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, December 7, 2007 at the First Assembly of God conducted by Rev. Thomas Blair. Friends may call from 12 to 1 p.m. Friday at the church. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
