Eddie was very proud of his Brazilian cultural heritage and enjoyed eating Brazilian food and speaking in Portuguese. He was known to love being flirtatious with the ladies. Applebee's was his favorite place to eat. He gained a love for cars and would always help his dad work on them. He also loved fishing, going to Cedar Point and tools in which he began collecting. Eddie had a heart for dogs, especially the dogs in his apartment complex.
Eddie is survived by his caring staff at HR Choices, First Choice Home Health Care and Richland New Hope. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Olinto "Ollie" Lugarini.
Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield. A service will follow starting at 11:00 a.m. with John Erkfitz officiating. Burial will take place in Lantz Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to help aide in covering the funeral costs.
