Edith Mae Baumberger, age 75, of Mansfield died Sunday morning December 18, 2005, in the Mifflin Care Center following an extended illness. She was born November 13, 1930, in Mansfield to Russell and Hazel Pearl Wise living in this area all of her life.
Edith is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; Bill and Alison Baumberger of Mansfield and Rick and Maggie Baumberger of Statesville, NC; a daughter Connie Robinson of Mansfield; three grandchildren, Jamie Baumberger and Heather and Elliott Robinson; two brothers Howard and Richard Wise both of Florida and special friends Toni Estep, Joanne Rice and James and Kathy Hall. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Alvin Herman Baumberger.
Friends may call from 10 to 11:00 am on Wednesday December 21, 2005 at the Diamond St. Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 am at the Windsor Park Cemetery conducted by Rev. Bruce Copley. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
