
Harry Wayne Morr, 73, of 753 Pulverlist Road died Saturday afternoon January 8, 2000 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital following an extended illness. Mr. Morr was born December 30, 1926 in Ashland, Ohio living in the Mansfield area most of his life. He was retired from CPC General Motors. Mr. Morr was a member of VFW #9943 and Disabled American Veterans. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Stamper Morr; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Dennis W. & Georgia M. Morr of Genoa, Arkansas and Mark D. Morr of Mansfield; three daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela A. Randall of Aransas Pass, Texas, and Rhonda Symsick & Jeff Rita and Toni & Ray Ernest, all of Mansfield; twenty-two grandchildren, including granddaughter Starr Ernest; a brother, Harold Morr of Ashland; and a sister, Betty Sweet of Ashland. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold D. & Goldie Gorton Morr; a daughter, Jan M. Morr; and a son, Mark Symsick.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2000 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home by Chaplain Doug Denbow. Full military services will be held at United Trinity Cemetery in Ashland, Ohio.
